Neptune Miras

The NEPTUNE™ Minimally Invasive Retractor Access and Support (MIRAS) System allows surgeons to achieve access for decompression, interbody fusion or pedicle screw placement through a minimally invasive approach. The comprehensive auxiliary instruments provide secure table mounting for minimally invasive spine surgery. The System can be assembled on either side of the operating table. The MIRAS Access instruments are specially designed to work with NEPTUNE™ 5.5 MIS PLUS implants and instruments.
